Oszillator PCB Revox B77
The oscillator coils are wound in-house. The current for the relays no longer flows through the REC display, modern SMD assembly, current relays and other components. Enable indicator on the circuit board. The jumpers are replaced by tin bridges.
Record PCB Revox B77
The new record board can be set for all Revox B77s via two equalizer boards. We at revox-online have also made very wide and 70 µm thick conductor tracks, record and power LEDs, which can be technically improved!
Monitor PCB Revox B77
Current relays, peak LEDs on the respective trimmer, separate voltage dividers, power and mute LEDs, wide and 70 µm thick conductor tracks, we at revox-online have also done what is technically feasible!
Input PCB Revox B77
Hard to recognize! The new input board of the Revox B77. Low-noise OP amplifiers and transistors as well as the absence of electrolytic capacitors are obligatory. Here, too, the amplifier stages are individually blocked. The circuit stayed!
Reproduce PCB B77
Completely revised! No, the circuit technology comes from Revox and Studer. We "only" made refinements and made the board more flexible. In addition, the playback is now adjusted via 8 trimmers. This means that the adjustability of the Revox B77 is much better than ever before!
LED VU meter lighting
New LED lighting for the VU meters for the Revox B77 and PR99. The LEDs are connected in series and are therefore particularly energy-efficient. This is possible because the LEDs only have between 2.0 V and 3.5 V. We only use white sockets and do not require a circuit board. For the homogeneous illumination of the VU meter, the light-emitting diodes are mounted so that they radiate to the rear.
Tape drive control B77
New drive control 1.177.318 for all Revox B77 tape machines with many optimizations, better and faster braking, less power consumption, galvanic isolation of the voltages, no electrolytic capacitors, etc.
Power supply board B77
New power supply board 1.177.313 for all Revue B77 MK I and MK II. The power supply for the sound motor control is completely separated from the power supply for the audio unit. The printed circuit board has been developed and manufactured according to the current state of knowledge for audio power supplies! The new power supply board is 1 to 1 interchangeable!
Tape Tension B77
New tape tension switch for all Revox B77 to query the set speed and the selected spool size. With the B77 MKII, both are always queried! Why not with the Revox B77 MKI?
Dogpin
Driver for all Revox Studer B77 and PR99.
The driver is located on the pressure arm and ensures that the tape is lifted from the heads or rests against the heads during record and play! The old plastic parts are breaking apart more and more often.(image similar)
Replacement TBA931
The original double OP amplifier in the 14-pin housing is also no longer available. The IC or the equivalent circuit can be found on the input circuit board and in the capstan control of the Revox B77.
Distance extension RCA
With this distance extension of the cinch sockets, you can use all high-quality cables from well-known manufacturers on the Revox B77. Only the original revox-online extension has a distance of 15 mm! What use is a distance of 13 mm to you if you are still severely restricted?
Relay for ITT
Since 2008 we have been manufacturing replacements for various relays for maintaining Revox devices. Our relays have a switching capacity of up to 2 amps - like the original relay.
The relay ITT A26xx sits on the monitor board.
Relay for LF x EB
As with the ITT A26xx relay, we manufacture a replacement for the relays NF 2 EB and NF 4 EB or AZ7-2C and AZ7-4C.
There are 2 relays NF 2 EB or AZ7-2C on the oscillator circuit board of the B77. Only with the PR99 can there be two NF 4 EB or AZ7-4C on the oscillator circuit board

Counter 77
In 2003 the first digital meter was created for all Revox A77, B77 and PR99 MKI.
As with the analogue counter, only the speed of the right winding motor is recorded here. There are two counts per revolution.
All digital counters come with 7 different colored filter foils. This gives you the opportunity to set the color on site or change it at any time. It couldn't be more flexible!
Assembled LEDs
Record display for all Revox B77 and PR99 tape machines. The LEDs match the original displays 100% in terms of brightness and color.

toggle switch lever
The weak points of the toggle switches are the plastic levers. Since there were no more new switches, we immediately started developing and manufacturing this replacement part.
